I SUCK. I totally suck at badminton. Today I had my tournament that determines my rank in badminton. Everyone was divided into groups of four and we're suppose to go against the people in our own group. I had to go against: Shirley, Suki, and Jessica. I completely got my butt kicked by these three.
Going against Suki was like stepping into hell. All of her hits were like SLAM! SLAM! SLAM! with lightning speed added to that. We played two sets of game with 11 points per game. I lost with the score of 11-2 and 11-0. It was EMBARRASSING to lose so badly.
Going against Shirley was like another match with Suki. Except, her specialty is 'netting' which means the birdie barely made over the net. She made me run like an idiot. The score was 11-3, and 11-5. HORRIBLE.
Going against Jessica was a different story. Jessica was a beginner like me. Except better. LOL. In the first set, I lost badly with a score of 11-3. In the second set, it was a close call. The score was 11-9. NINE. That was the highest I ever made. I seriously thought that I had a chance right there, but I just HAD to mess up those three points. GR.
What irritates me the most is that my GRADE depends on this. (But I'm sure there's more chance for me to improve and move up.) If i get a C in this class, my GPA is doomed. My LIFE depends on this. I'm so training at least twice a week from now on.
Awww...Angie...you can do it!!!!!! I don't understand why your grade has to depend on your ranking. I think that sucks. :(
ReplyDeleteMaybe you can get a tutor or something!! I don't know. I probably will lose in badmitton too, becuase I way I play it...well...it's like weird. But I haven't played badmitton for a long time, so dunno.
