Today is my grandmother's birthday, and I decided to make some 'Mushroom Pita Bread Pizza'! I was inspired by noobcook's pita bread pizza idea, therefore I made an attempt to make it. This is what noobcook called a '15-minute cheater pizza' because it's fast and quick and easy. My mom and I ate this for lunch and it was a success! Unfortunately, my grandmother ate lunch outside and didn't have the appetite to eat my pizza. 
It tasted just like delivery pizza. The pita bread was crunchy and thin, just how we like our pizza crusts.
